Report claims that Spurs will go in for for Turkish star in future windows

Tottenham Hotspur finally splashed the cash this summer after a season without signings in 2018/19. Spurs brought in the likes of Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Ryan Sessegnon, and Jack Clarke, who went back out on loan to Leeds United.

However, Spurs have not started the season well in the Premier League, dropping five points in three games, including a shock home defeat to Newcastle.

Tanguy Ndombele and Ryan Sessegnon are out injured, Giovani Lo Celso has yet to start, and Jack Clarke is enduring a miserable time at Leeds.

It may well be that Pochettino still needs to invest in the squad if Tottenham are to reach League title-winning heights.

Il Messaggero have reported this week that Spurs may still look to bring in Cengiz Under from Roma in a future transfer window.

This comes after Spurs, Arsenal, and Bayern have shown interest in the player, and are all expected to revisit that interest.
