Report claims Tottenham could make move for Juve star valued at £78m

CMW.it have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur could make a move for Dusan Vlahovic if Harry Kane leaves the club next summer.

Kane continues to be heavily linked with a move to Bayern Munich, with German publication TZ claiming this week that the Bundesliga giants have identified the Tottenham man as their top target for next summer and would even be willing to spend over €100m (£86.4m) to sign him.

However, CBS Sports journalist Ben Jacobs reported an earlier this week that Spurs remain relaxed about the striker’s future and believe he is open to signing a new deal at the club when the time is right.

CMW.it have now suggested that it is not just Bayern who want Kane but several Premier League clubs are also keeping an eye on the striker, whose current contract with Tottenham runs out in 2024.

It is suggested that if the 29-year-old does not sign a new contract, Spurs will be forced to cash in on him next summer. In that event, it is said that Antonio Conte’s men will launch an ‘assault’ on Vlhaovic next summer.

The Serbian, who has found the back of the net six times this season, is thought to be valued at €90m (£78.3m) by Juventus.

Spurs Web Opinion

I do not think Tottenham will have made any contingency plans regarding Kane just yet. Going by Fabio Paratici’s recent words on the matter (Sky via Voce Giallo Rossa), the North London club seem fairly optimistic that the striker will sign a new deal sooner rather than later.
