Report claims Tottenham have made Dele Alli decision amid PSG interest

According to The Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur have decided to allow Dele Alli to leave the club on loan next month amid interest from Paris Saint-Germain

Most of Alli’s minutes this season have come in the Europa League but the midfielder was an unused substitute in Tottenham’s final group stage clash against Royal Antwerp on Thursday evening.

Jose Mourinho admitted after Tottenham’s 2-0 win over the Belgian side that the midfielder was not happy to be left out.

The Mail claims that PSG were keen on signing Alli in the previous transfer window on a season-long loan but Spurs refused to sanction an exit for the midfielder.

However, now that it is conclusive that the 24-year-old is not in Mourinho’s plans, the report suggests that the North Londoners are prepared to let the midfielder leave in January.

PSG are expected to make a loan offer to sign the England international when the transfer window opens.

It is claimed that Alli is keen to leave Spurs and get some game time under his belt as he still has not given up hope of being in Gareth Southgate’s squad for the European Championships next summer.
