Report claims Tottenham must get this player in return if Eriksen leaves

Tottenham Hotspur are currently enjoying their best ever start to a Premier League season, after extending their impressive run with a win against London rivals Chelsea last weekend.

Today, Pochettino’s men will look to make it three wins from three this week, with a win away to NLD rivals Arsenal.

However, it isn’t all good news for Spurs, as a number of their first team stars are nearing the end of their contracts.

Players like Fernando Llorente and Michel Vorm running contracts down won’t worry the club, but Mousa Dembele, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, and Christian Eriksen may.

The first three all have six months left on their current deals, with the Great Dane having 18 months.

Marca recently reported that Real have contacted Tottenham over a £220m quote for the midfield maestro.

HITC now claim that if Spurs are destined to lose the player, they should make sure to get Real midfielder Isco in return.

They say that Levy should demand a player-plus-cash deal for Eriksen, a deal involving Isco.

The Mirror has already reported that Isco’s representatives are looking at Premier League clubs as potential destinations for the player.

Would this be a good deal IF Eriksen wanted to leave?
