Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho continues to come in for criticism following the club’s poor run of form.
Topping the Premier League table at the start of December now seems to be a distant memory after having now only collected 16 points in 14 games and lost four games out of five in all competitions.
Football Insider claim that Harry Kane has told friends that the Portuguese has his full backing and he is confident that the manager can turn their season around.
The report suggests that chairman Daniel Levy is likely to speak to senior professionals including Kane and Hugo Lloris to assess the mood in the dressing room and has privately made it clear to those close to him that he’s keeping faith in the 58-year-old.
Kane’s future has also been the centre of discussion within the media with the likes of Glenn Hoddle claiming that his former side must win trophies.
