Report: Club now value rumoured Spurs and Liverpool target at nearly £90m

Sky Germany have claimed that it would take a substantial offer to sign rumoured Tottenham target Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer.

Kolo Muani only joined Frankfurt from Nantes last summer but the forward has undoubtedly been one of the standout attackers in the Bundesliga so far this season, with 21 goal contributions to his name in 18 league appearances (Transfermarkt).

The Frenchman did his blossoming reputation no harm with the performances he delivered for Les Blues in the latter stages of the World Cup in Qatar.

Foot Mercato reported at the start of January that Spurs, Bayern Munich and Liverpool had ‘knocked at the door’ for the striker, who was alleged to be valued by Frankfurt at €60m (£52.8m).

Kolo Muani ended up staying put at Deutsche Bank Park but Sky Germany have now suggested that he is expected to be on the move in the summer.

The report explains that ‘numerous clubs’ enquired about the 24-year-old during the January window but Frankfurt decided that selling the player was out of the question.

It is explained that the Bundesliga club will listen to offers for Kolo Muani at the end of the season but value him at a whopping €100m (£89.1m).

Spurs Web Opinion

The only way it would make sense for Spurs to spend big on Kolo Muani is if Kane decides not to sign a new contract and expresses his desire to leave.

Otherwise, I do not see why Conte would want to spend most of his transfer funds on another centre forward, given that he has Kane and Richarlison at his disposal.
