Report: Club to demand at least £61m for Brazilian starlet linked with Spurs

Mundo Deportivo have claimed that Palmeras will want at least €70m (£61.3m) for rumoured Tottenham target Endrick.

Even before breaking into Palmeras’ senior side, Endrick’s displays for the Brazilian club’s youth sides were reported to have caught the attention of several big hitters during the summer transfer window.

Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola revealed on his YouTube channel Canal do Nicola (23/09/22 as relayed by Sport Witness) last month that the striker is on the radars of three Premier League sides in Tottenham, Manchester United and Newcastle United.

Marca subsequently claimed a couple of weeks ago that Real Madrid were also watching the 16-year-old closely.

Endrick made his first-team debut for Palmeras last Friday, coming on as a 69th-minute substitute as the Sao Paulo-based club emerged 4-0 winners.

Mundo Deportivo have now asserted that Real Madrid and Barcelona are in pole position to snap up the teenager, as things stand.

The publications also assert that the Brazilian club’s asking price for Endrick ‘will not be less than €70m (£61.3m)’.

Spurs Web Opinion

It seems like most of the big hitters across the Premier League and Europe have their eye on Endrick, which suggests that a deal for the striker will be hard to complete. Besides, Spurs do not tend to get involved in bidding wars.
