Report: Italian has three requests after holding talks with Tottenham

The Express have reported that Antonio Conte has three requests for the Inter Milan board after holding talks with Tottenham Hotspur over the vacant head coach role.

Spurs decided to part ways with Jose Mourinho last month after a string of poor results and Ryan Mason was introduced as the interim head coach for the rest of the season.

However, Alasdair Gold has claimed that Tottenham still have real hope that they can appoint a new boss before the end of the current campaign.

The Express claim that Conte is now set to sit down with the board at Inter Milan following their Serie A victory this season to discuss his future at the club.

It is said that Conte has not yet received a contract extension offer and has three requests of Inter Milan before anything can happen.

He reportedly wants clairifcation with regards to the financial situation of the club, the strategy for the future and how it will impact his budget/wages, while also ensuring that all salaries will be paid by Inter Milan moving forward.

Conte apparently wants to reinforce his squad this summer after lifting the title in order to compete in Europe.

The report claims that the manager does not feel he can hold concrete talks with Spurs at this moment in time but will talk to them once his situation with Inter becomes clear. If the Italian club do not meet his demands, Spurs are said to be a viable option.
