Report: Crystal Palace contact club over Tottenham target – no move from Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to improve their squad this summer after a successful Champions League run last season.

One young player who has been linked with a move to Spurs this transfer window is Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon (Guardian).

Fulham were relegated from the Premier League last season, with Sessegnon registering just two goals from 26 games for the club.

However, Spurs remain keen on the up-and-coming star, especially after his stellar performances in the Championship the season before, when he scored 15 goals.

The Guardian have reported that Sessegnon wants a Tottenham move in order to both stay in London and to work with Pochettino, who has a reputation of progressing young, English talent.

Despite this, there has been no word of any offer as of yet from Tottenham, and Sessegnon is currently representing England in the U21 Euros tournament.

Tottenham may have to make their move swiftly though, as Love Sport Radio now report that Crystal Palace have contacted Fulham over a potential transfer.
