Report: Daniel Levy to move quickly for this summer signing

It has been reported by Football Insider that Daniel Levy plans to move early for his first signing of the summer come the eventual end of this season.

The dates of the transfer window itself are not yet clear due to the temporary suspension of the Premier League.

However, Levy is said to be keen on tying up a deal for Chelsea winger, Willian, as early as possible, with the Brazilian out of contract in the summer.

It is said that talks have stalled between Chelsea and Willian over a new contract, but Spurs are willing to offer him a lucrative deal in order to persuade him to join.

Jose Mourinho has apparently earmarked Willian as a priority target, with Levy willing to grant his wishes by signing him on a free seven years after the Lilywhites first tried to persuade him to join.

Willian turns 32 in August and is seeking a three-year contract.
