Report: Danny Rose will not be heading out the door to this club this summer

Tottenham Hotspur’s Danny Rose appears to be on his way out of North London this summer, after the club decided to leave him out of their pre-season tour.

Spurs announced that Rose had been dropped from the Asia squad list in order for him to remain at home to pursue a possible move away from Tottenham this summer.

Juventus and PSG are said to be fighting it out for the left-back’s signature, after he showed an impressive return to form towards the end of last season. Rose is said to be worth around £20m in the current market (Guardian).

Newcastle United manager, Steve Bruce, also reportedly had Rose as his number one target this summer, but that move seems to have already fallen flat (Sun).

The 29-year-old is apparently on £60,000 a week at Tottenham, while Newcastle can only offer £50,000, and you can bet that PSG and Juve can offer a whole lot higher.

Danny Rose could also still remain at the club, with Pochettino stating that anyone left behind who is still there when they return will rejoin the first-team.
