Report: Dele Alli has a ‘good chance’ of returning against Chelsea

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has been out injured for over five weeks now, after picking up a hamstring problem against Fulham back in January.

Since this injury, Spurs hadn’t dropped a single Premier League point until this weekend against Burnley.

With Kane now back in the side, Spurs could do with an early Alli return to link up the play between the midfield and striker force, as he so readily does.

Alli was originally give a return estimate of early March, although Kane was given the same date and made it back two weeks or so early.

Spurs fans will be hoping to see Alli back involved soon, and if 101greatgoals are right, this could be on Wednesday against Chelsea.

They claim there is a ‘good chance’ that Alli will return as he has been back in training ‘in recent days’.

If this is true, Alli will surely only be on the bench, but Wednesday does seem a little early for a return.
