Report details what Pochettino has told his friends about his next job

Mauricio Pochettino is still out of work after being sacked by Tottenham two and a half months ago. Reports now suggest that the Argentine is unlikely to return to management until the summer.

A report in the Sunday People explains Manchester United’s stance on Pochettino as well as the the 47-year-old’s own intentions in detail.

It claims that the former Spurs boss has told his friends that he wants to take a break until the summer and get back to management next season. He is also alleged to have said that he would like to take over a Premier League club.

Pochettino is reportedly still keen on the Manchester United job and is hoping that the Red Devils will come in for him in the summer.

However, the report asserts that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is unlikely to lose his job unless the team experiences a disastrous end to the season.

While it is said that United’s board are becoming nervy about the prospect of losing out on Champions League qualification yet again, it is suggested that they may not ditch the Norwegian in favour of Pochettino if the team manage to fight for the top four places until the end of the campaign.

Spurs Web Opinion

I believe that Pochettino would love to take over at Manchester United as restoring them back among the elite is a project that will suit him. I hope the United board stick with Solksjaer and Poch instead ends up going to PSG or Real Madrid and winning a lot of silverware.
