Report: Dressing room source reveals how Skipp has changed at Tottenham

The Athletic report that a dressing room source revealed how much Oliver Skipp has changed at Tottenham since returning from his Norwich City loan.

Skipp played almost every single game for the Canaries last season as they marched their way to Premier League promotion and the Championship trophy.

The young midfielder has walked into the Tottenham first team since returning under Nuno Espirito Santo, forming a fearsome partnership with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

The Athletic have claimed that Skipp is a naturally shy character but his mentality has changed in the year he was away from North London.

A dressing room source reportedly informed the publication that ‘he’s grown up so much and is much more confident’ this season in a Lilywhite shirt.

It is said that Skipp knew if he was to return and become a first-team player this season for Spurs, he would have to act like one in the dressing room, and is doing just that.

Spurs Web Opinion:

Skipp looks to be developing into a really talented player with fantastic all-around qualities. I want to see him grab a leadership role with both hands and become more vocal in the middle of that pitch. I believe he has everything he needs to become a top professional.
