Report: European giant considering a late move move for Christian Eriksen

Christian Eriksen’s future at Tottenham Hotspur remains somewhat uncertain ahead of the European transfer window closing on September 2nd.

The playmaker has previously revealed his desire to leave the club to seek a new challenge whilst inviting interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid (Ekstra Bladet).

The 27-year-old has found himself still playing for Spurs with less than a week before the window closes.

French news outlet Le Parisien are reporting that Paris Saint-Germain are considering making a late move for the Danish international along with rumoured summer Spurs target Paulo Dybala.

The report claims that PSG have earmarked Eriksen to help fill the creative void if Neymar returns to Spain.

Eriksen was also said to be on the radar of PSG back in 2013 when Leonardo was in charge but ended up leaving the club that summer.

With the former Ajax player having less than twelve months to run on his contract in North London, Tottenham will need to seriously consider any bids which are received before next Monday or risk him walking away for free at the end of the current campaign.
