According to a report in Estadio Deportivo, Real Betis remain in regular contact with Tottenham Hotspur as they look to re-sign Giovani Lo Celso.

Spurs signed Lo Celso from Betis five years ago and the possibility of the midfielder now returning to his former stomping ground has been floated over recent months.
Estadio Deportivo brings the latest update on the matter, explaining that there have been ‘fluid contacts’ between the English and Spanish clubs regarding the Argentine.
In fact, it is revealed that the talks regarding Lo Celso first began a month ago when Betis sent emissaries to London to speak to Spurs about the player’s price.
At the time, the North London side was allegedly demanding €25m (£21.4m) to let the left-footer go but it is thought that the Premier League sides are now prepared to bring down their asking price.

Real Betis are in contact over Lo Celso transfer
The outlet adds that Betis have also spoken to Lo Celso’s entourage regarding a potential transfer and the midfielder is said to be quite keen on returning to the Benito Villamarin Stadium.
The Spanish side are now thought to be taking all the necessary steps to sign the 28-year-old but the update does not mention the exact price that the Spurs are now demanding for the Albiceleste star.
Spurs Web Opinion
With Lo Celso having just a year left on his deal, he would have plenty of power to decide on his next destination and I would not be surprised if he has his heart set on returning to Betis. The midfielder might want to return to familiar surroundings to get his career back on track.
