Report: Fonseca holds further talks with Spurs’ Paratici in Milan

Football London have reported that Paulo Fonseca held further talks with Fabio Paratici in Milan this week about his impending arrival at Tottenham Hotspur.

It has now been well over 50 days since Spurs sacked Jose Mourinho and placed Ryan Mason in temporary charge of head coach duties. However, Fonseca is expected to join the North London club in the near future.

Football London claim that people within Fonseca’s team have indicated that the former Roma boss met with Paratici in Italy on Monday to hold further talks.

It is reported that the talks likely revolved around Fonseca’s backroom staff and discussions were held in Milan because Paratici often does his work from there.

As many of his previous backroom staff members have gone off to take part in other projects this summer, it is said that Fonseca will work with Paratici to create a new-look team at Tottenham.

Finally, Football London add that the two men have also probably been discussing potential new signings for Spurs this summer.
