Report: Former Tottenham target issues come and get me message

Croatia striker Ante Rebic has expressed his desire to play in the Premier League in the future, which could be music to the ears of many.

Tottenham (talkSPORT), as well as Man United and Arsenal, have all expressed an interest in the forward in the past, but none have managed to sign him as of yet.

The striker’s stocks rose significantly after his impressive form at the 2018 World Cup, as he made it all the way to the final against France.

Tottenham Hotspur have been in the market for a new striker recently, as they continue to search for a back up man to Harry Kane.

It is unclear whether Rebic would want to play as an understudy to the England captain, or whether he would bank of playing up front with Kane.

Currently at Frankfurt, Rebic has said in a recent interview that he wishes to ply his trade in the Premier League in the future, and you can be sure that Tottenham and their rivals will be lining up for his signature when the time comes.

The Mirror report he said: “I can’t deny many clubs, some from England, expressed an interest. The Premier League is attractive and it would suit my style. I’d like to experience it.”
