Report: Gareth Bale and Zinedine Zidane both left ‘fuming’ by recent transfer decision

Gareth Bale and his representatives are said to have been left fuming by Real Madrid’s decision to cancel his proposed move to Chinese side Jiangsu Suning (Sun).

You can see why they would be annoyed too, as some reports stated that the Welshman was set to collect around £1m per week as part of the three-year deal (Sun).

However, the club president, Florentino Perez, apparently changed his mind and told the Chinese club that they could not sign Bale on a free.

However, the ex-Tottenham star is not the only one who is said to be angry at the decision, as Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane is said to also be unhappy.

The Sun claim that the pair detest each other and that there is every chance that the French football legend could leave Madrid yet again before long.

Bale could actually line up against Tottenham this week in the Audi Cup, if chosen to play. Spurs apparently did make contact with Madrid about Bale this summer, but it was clearly not meant to be (Express).
