Report: Harry Kane contemplating move away from boyhood Tottenham

A report from Spanish outlet, Defensa Central, claims that Harry Kane is now weighing up his future at his boyhood club, Tottenham Hotspur.

This comes after Spurs have endured a rough start to the season, winning just three out of their ten games so far in all competitions.

It isn’t just a matter of losing games either, but the manner in which Tottenham are being defeated. Being knocked out of the Carabao Cup by League Two Colchester and demolished 7-2 at home to Bayern in the Champions League are two low points.

The report out of Spain also claims that Real Madrid are interested in bringing the England captain to the club, with Kane said to be starting to imagine himself playing away from Spurs.

The Madrid chairman, Florentino Perez, is said to be on the hunt for a new frontman as  Benzema approaches the end of his career and Jovic is failing to perform.

Will Kane swap Spurs for Spain?

Spurs Web Opinion:

A load of rubbish. I don’t see how this Spanish news outlet would have an insight into Kane’s personal thoughts and feelings. I also believe that Kane would never openly talk about leaving Spurs to anyone part-way through a season.
