Report: Harry Kane determined to be fit in time for this huge game

It was a night of highs and lows for Tottenham on Tuesday as they beat Manchester City 1-0 at their new stadium.

There were certainly more highs, but the unmistakeable low was the sight of Harry Kane limping down the tunnel in the second half.

Kane went in for a late challenge on Fabian Delph, and got studs against his ankle for his troubles, twisting it against the turf.

Every Spurs fan will know that Kane has problems with his ankle ligaments, and seeing him hop off the pitch is usually a guaranteed month or so out injured.

Harry was later seen leaving the stadium in a protective boot, as was the case on the last few times he has sustained the same injury.

This could be a season ender for the Tottenham striker, but a report from the Telegraph claims that he is determined to be fit in time for the Champions League final, in case Spurs make it there, as well as the Nations League semi-final and final in the summer.
