Report: Harry Kane left concerned by Daniel Levy’s lack of engagement with Man City

Harry Kane is concerned that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is refusing to engage with Manchester City following their most recent bid, according to the Daily Mail.

The Premier League champions reportedly submitted an offer worth up to £125million as their latest bid, but are not having any success in entering negotiations with the North Londoners.

The 28-year-old is said to be furious that the club are not prepared to sell him this summer and believes that Levy has broken his promise over a gentleman’s agreement to allow him to depart.

Kane still wants to complete a move to Manchester City before the end of the month, however, sources close to the England captain claim that he is still prepared to give his all for the club and hopes fans will understand his desire to leave to compete for trophies, given his service and goalscoring record.

Sources claim that Levy agreed that Kane could leave if the club failed to win silverware or qualify for the Champions League last season. The marksman was allegedly told by the chairman that the club would compete for trophies along with a place in the top four of the Premier League.
