Harry Kane will hold talks with Tottenham Hotspur over his future next week and tell the club that he wants to move to Manchester City, according to The Telegraph.
The 28-year-old will report back to Hotspur Way on Monday for COVID-19 testing before he is expected to link up with the rest of the Spurs squad for pre-season training.
Kane wants to follow Jack Grealish to the Eithad, with the Aston Villa midfielder said to be edging closer to a £100million move.
The forward is to requests talks with chairman Daniel Levy to discuss his current situation to reiterate his desire to leave the club to fulfill his wish of winning the biggest trophies in the game.
Levy is still determined to keep Kane, who has three years ledt to run on his current contract.
The England captain could also miss the Premier League opener against City on August 15th due to his involvement in the final at Euro 2020, having taken an extended leave.
Whether Kane wants to join Man City or not is irrelevant if they do not plan to shell out another fee in excess of £100million if they are planning to spend a significant sum of money on Jack Grealish.
Levy holds all of the power in this situation and will do what he feels is best for the club, rather than what is best for the player.
