Report hints Leeds could try to replace Raphinha with Spurs-linked winger

Leeds are keeping tabs on Hull winger Keane Lewis-Potter as they look to find a replacement ahead of Raphinha’s potential departure, according to iNews.

The 21-year-old produced a strong campaign for the Tigers last term, scoring 13 goals and providing four assists in all competitions (Transfermarkt).

The Daily Mail previously named Spurs and West Ham as possible destinations for the England youth international.

But iNews report another side in the form of Leeds are also in the race and are one of a host of clubs monitoring Lewis-Potter’s status.

The report has claimed the Whites could look to the Championship for a potential replacement for talisman Raphinha, with the Hull star thought to be on the shortlist.

The Brazilian forward has garnered plenty of transfer interest of late with Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea and Barcelona thought to be keen on his signature (Fabrizio Romano).

Spurs Web Opinion

Lewis-Potter could be a smart addition for a Premier League side given how well he performed last season. Spurs could look at him as someone that could fit the homegrown quota down the line but his profile may not be the route Antonio Conte will want to go towards.
