The Standard have revealed that despite the arrival of Wilson Odobert from Burnley, Mikey Moore is expected to remain at Tottenham this season and is set to be handed a first-team role.

Tottenham sign Wilson Odobert from Burnley
Out of nowhere, Spurs announced this morning that they had struck a deal with Burnley for the transfer of Odobert, which caught everyone by surprise.
According to reports, the Lilywhites have agreed on a deal worth an initial £25million, with a further £5m in possible add-ons (Alasdair Gold), with the teenager signing a five-year deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Odobert arrives at Spurs on the back of a fantastic breakthrough year at Burnley last term, with the winger terrorising full-backs across the Premier League with his pace, guile and balance.

Tottenham’s plan for Moore and Solomon
The Standard have now claimed that despite the arrival of Odobert, Postecoglou’s plans for Moore have not changed, with the 17-year-old expected to remain at Hotspur Way.
However, the publication adds that the Frenchman’s arrival is not good news for Manor Solomon, who is expected to be offloaded before the end of the month.
Solomon has reportedly dropped even further down the pecking order on the Tottenham wings, making a sale or loan exit more likely.

Tottenham were always going to add another winger to the squad, which is why Odobert’s arrival will not change Postecoglou’s plans.
Solomon always seemed the likely one to be sacrificed to make way for another attacker.
