According to TuttoSport, Inter Milan would be willing to sell four rumoured Tottenham targets – Lautaro Martinez, Milan Skriniar, Alessandro Bastoni, and Stefan De Vrij.
The report states that Martinez’s sale would allow the Nerrazuri to raise transfer funds to pursue their targets, much like their sale of Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea last summer.
It is claimed that if a substantial offer arrives for the Argentine international, it would be ‘impossible’ for Inter to refuse it.
Atletico Madrid are said to have held an interest in Martinez for a ‘long time’ and it is explained that should the 24-year-old leave the San Siro, Simone Inzaghi’s side could replace him with Paulo Dybala.
Tuttosport add that Alessandro Bastoni, who is said to be on Tottenham’s wish list for the left-centre-back role (The Athletic), and Milan Skriniar, who has also been linked with the North London club (Telegraph), could also leave in case of suitable offers.
Finally, Stefan De Vrij, who has also previously been mooted as a target for the Lilywhites (Inter Live), would also be allowed to leave since his contract with Inter runs out in 2023.

I do not think Skriniar and De Vrij are likely to be on Tottenham’s wishlist as we have options for the central sweeper role and right centre-back role.
Bastoni, on the other hand, would be perfect for the left centre-back role while the addition of Martinez would give Conte a lot more options up front.
