According to a report by Inter Live, Jose Mourinho does not want Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic at Tottenham despite being a fan of the experienced star.
Jose Mourinho has expressed his admiration for Perisic in the past and the winger was linked with a move to Tottenham in the summer after enjoying an impressive spell on loan at Bayern Munich last season.
Perisic ended up remaining at Inter but has failed to nail down a regular starting birth under Antonio Conte this season.
CalcioMercato reported last month that the Nerrazuri are looking to move the 32-year-old on and that Spurs were one of the club’s vying for his signature, while Foot Mercato reported last week that the North Londoners had begun talks with Inter regarding the Croatian international.
However, Inter Live have now ruled out the possibility of Perisic joining Spurs, as they suggest that Mourinho is not particularly keen on signing him.
They also suggest that the winger’s age has put off the Tottenham hierarchy from pursuing a deal.

I do not see us being in the market for another wide player given the various options we have in our squad. As reports suggest, a central midfielder and a centre-back should really be the club’s priority this window.
