Report: Juventus will soon turn their attention to signing Spurs academy starlet

Tottenham Hotspur’s Troy Parrott appears to be turning heads on the European stage after some impressive performances in the UEFA Youth League.

Parrott was called up to the Irish Under-21 side for the first time last year, only to play two games and score three goals before making the step up to the senior side.

At just 17-years-old, he played his first match for the senior team in a friendly, claiming his first assist for his country.

Parrott also made his full Spurs debut in the Carabao Cup against Colchester United, as well as making his first appearance in the Premier League as a late replacement against Burnley in December.

The teenager has just 18 months left on his contract in North London, although a recent report stated that Spurs were looking to get a new deal signed next month (Sky Sports).

Tuttosport in Italy now claim that Juventus will soon turn their attention towards the youngster as they attempt to lure him away from Spurs.
