The Athletic have revealed that Harry Kane is now a lot more content at Tottenham Hotspur than he was prior to Antonio Conte’s appointment.
At the start of this season, Kane arguably endured the poorest run of form of his career since establishing himself as a regular in the Tottenham first-team eight years ago.
Many pointed to his failed transfer to Manchester City in the summer as the reason behind his struggles, with some pundits even insisting that Spurs had made a blunder by not cashing in on the England captain when they could have (talkSPORT).

The Athletic have revealed that Kane’s position has always been that he wants to win trophies, preferably at Tottenham.
It is said that the striker only pushed to leave Spurs since he thought this dream was starting to look impossible.
However, Kane’s mood is thought to have completely changed following the arrival of Conte, with the striker now said to be ‘re-energised’ and full of ‘enthusiasm’.
