Report: Latest Tottenham injury and fitness news on six Spurs stars

Tottenham Hotspur were without Erik Lamela and Jan Vertonghen at the weekend when they faced Sheffield United at home, along with the long-term absentee Hugo Lloris.

Pochettino was also forced to remove Tanguy Ndombele from the action at half-time due to a groin injury, while Dele Alli and Serge Aurier were also subbed off.

Football London have now reported the latest Tottenham Hotspur injury and fitness news on these six players.

Serge Aurier and Dele Alli were reportedly both tactical substitutions in the second half and there are no injury worries to report there.

An update on Tanguy Ndombele was given by France manager, Didier Deschamps, who claimed the problem was not very bad.

Jan Vertonghen reportedly missed the game through a hamstring problem, while Erik Lamela was not deemed fit enough after his own thigh injury.

Finally, Hugo Lloris is still not expected back until the new year after falling awkwardly on his arm during the Brighton match earlier in the season.
