Report: Leeds lining up £15million offer to Tottenham for 22-year-old

Tottenham Hotspur defender Juan Foyth is reportedly attracting interest from Leeds United.

The Elland Road outfit, who secured their return to the Premier League after a sixteen year absence are said to have targeted the Argentine.

The Sun claim that Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is preparing a £15million offer to bring Foyth to Yorkshire.

Leeds are looking to bolster their defensive options ahead of next season and could still move for Foyth despite their interest in Brighton’s Ben White who spent the last campaign on loan with Bielsa’s side.

Foyth has struggled for game time in North London having made just four Premier League appearances last season, starting one and was brought off at half time in that match after his mistake led to Norwich City scoring a goal in the 2-2 draw in December (transfermarkt)

The Argentine’s agent, Claudio Curti admitted in May that the player may no longer have a future in North London (talkSPORT).
