Report: Daniel Levy keen on Champions League-winning manager

The Telegraph have reported that Daniel Levy is now interested in handing the vacant Spurs head coach role to Bayern Munich’s Hansi Flick.

The manager is due to leave the German giants at the end of the season, with Julian Nagelsmann already lined up to take over his duties.

Flick won the Champions League with Bayern Munich last season after a dominant display both domestically and in Europe.

Spurs have been without a permanent head coach since the sacking of Jose Mourinho back in late April, with Ryan Mason currently filling the role on an interim basis until the end of the season.

The Telegraph claim that Flick was expected to take the Germany job after it was revealed he would be leaving Bayern, but that has yet to be confirmed.

The Telegraph previously reported that Flick would be interested in the Tottenham job if it was offered to him and he is now said to be on the market.
