Conte has now emerged as Tottenham’s number one target, with reports indicating that the club are now in talks with the recently departed Inter Milan boss.

The Telegraph have revealed that negotiations could now progress quickly, with Levy set to make the Italian an official offer after Paris Saint-Germain remained firm on Mauricio Pochettino.

The report claims that Conte is keen on returning to the Premier League and regards Tottenham’s training ground and stadium as one of the best in the world.

However, it is explained that the 51-year-old would seek assurances regarding money to spend this summer and would want to know the club’s plan regarding Kane.

Levy will reportedly tell the former Chelsea boss that Kane will stay unless he would prefer the striker to be sold and for the money to be reinvested into the squad.
