There was a considerable amount of speculation during the January transfer window linking Tottenham with a move for Sabtizer.
The North Londoners have been backed to make another approach for the RB Leipzig star in the summer after a move failed to materialise last month.
However, it looks like Tottenham’s pursuit of the Austrian will be anything but straight forward with Todofichajes now claiming that Arsenal and Liverpool are also interested in the midfielder.
The report suggests that Arsenal are unlikely to sign Martin Odegaard and Dani Ceballos permanently at the end of their respective loan spells and are looking at Sabitzer as an alternative.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are unsure if Georginio Wijnaldum will extend his stay at Anfield and are said to be looking at a versatile Leipzig star to bolster their options in midfield.
It is claimed that Sabitzer is valued at €42m (£36.2m) by the Bundesliga club despite his contract situation.

I cannot see Levy being willing to pay £36m for a player who will only have 12 months left on his contract. Whether or not we pursue a deal for Sabtizer likely depends on whether Dele Alli is sold. If the Tottenham man can build on his performance against Wolfsberger and revive his Spurs career, then there would be no reason for the club to move him on.
