Football Insider have claimed that rumoured Tottenham target Marcus Edwards could be available for just £30m this summer as Liverpool circle over the winger.
Edwards is having an impressive season at the Portuguese capital, with the winger having managed 14 goal contributions across all competitions for the table toppers.
Last month, A Bola reported that Tottenham could look to re-sign their academy graduate this summer, with Ange Postecoglou’s men alleged to be looking for reinforcements in the wide areas.
It was explained that Sporting will listen to offers for the Englishman this summer and it was pointed out that Spurs can sign him for a discount since they have a 35 per cent sell-on clause on the player.

Football Insider have now provided an update on Edwards’ future, stating that Liverpool hold a serious interest in the former Spurs man.
The outlet explains that the Reds could sell Luis Diaz to Paris Saint-Germain this summer and have identified the Sporting star as a potential replacement.

Further, it is pointed out that Ruben Amorim is one of the favourites to replace Jurgen Klopp at Anfield and that the Portuguese coach could look to take Edwards with him.
Finally, the report asserts that the former Spurs man could be allowed to leave the Jose Alvalade Stadium for just £30m this summer.
Spurs Web Opinion
If Sporting are willing to let Edwards leave for £30m, that would mean that Tottenham can sign him for just around £20m, given the sell-on clause they have on the player.
However, the jury is out on whether the 25-year-old is of the required standard to play for a side with ambitions of winning major honours.
