Report: Mourinho places this player in January ‘shop window’ for just £10m

Tottenham Hotspur boss, Jose Mourinho, has yet to really be able to put his mark on the current Spurs side since taking over from Mauricio Pochettino.

The Special One will likely need a couple of transfer windows to bring in some new faces and to put players he no longer needs up for sale.

Spurs took on Bayern Munich last night in the Champions League, with Victor Wanyama taking to the pitch late on in the second half, a face fans haven’t seen too often in 2019.

Football Insider have now reported that Mourinho is attempting to put the Kenyan in the shop window for a potential January move.

Wanyama has fallen behind the likes of Eric Dier, Moussa Sissoko, Harry Winks, Tanguy Ndombele, Christian Eriksen, and co at Tottenham.

The report states that Spurs would be happy to take a fee in the region of £10m for the midfield man in the new year.
