Report: Multiple sources indicate Tottenham are moving for Paulo Dybala

Fabio Paratici has reportedly spoken to Paulo Dybala about the possibility of joining Tottenham this summer, according to Portuguese journalist Pedro Almeida.

Dybala is set to leave Juventus as a free agent at the end of the season after both parties were unable to agree to new terms for a fresh deal (Daily Mail).

The 28-year-old bid an emotional farewell to the club’s supporters on Monday night, as he turned out for the Bianconeri for the final time at home in their 2-2 draw with Lazio.

A host of clubs are thought to be in line to snap up Dybala with Tottenham named as one of the sides interested in completing a free transfer (Foot Mercato).

And Spurs’ interest has allegedly intensified, with Almeida claiming managing director Paratici has communicated with Dybala about a move to North London ahead of the new campaign.

Tottenham’s push has also been reported by Latin American broadcaster Christian Martin, who confirms the N17-based side have re-emerged into the picture for the Argentina international.

Meanwhile, Italian journalist Giovanni Albanese has claimed Dybala has been asking friends and some of his Juventus teammates about life in London, as he continues to ‘evaluate all the possibilities’ ahead of the next move in his career.

Tottenham chased Dybala almost three years ago under Mauricio Pochettino and agreed a deal worth over £64 million to complete his transfer from Juventus (Sky Sports).

However, the transfer fell through after it hit a snag regarding the forward’s image rights, which eventually kept him in Serie A (Independent).

And with all the rumours that have since come out, it looks as if Tottenham will be firmly in the picture again to try and sign him considering they came so close a few years ago.
