Report names one club who are expected to make Harry Kane an offer

The Telegraph have reported that Bayern Munich are expected to make Harry Kane an offer this year as they continue to keep a close eye on his situation at Tottenham.

This comes amidst what is a high-scoring season for the England captain, having netted 15 goals in just 19 Premier League games, a tally which would be headline-making if not for the exploits of Erling Haaland (BBC).

The Telegraph article comes after 90 Min reported this week that Bayern remain interested in the Spurs striker. However, Sport BILD (via Sport Witness) reported on January 4 that ‘doubts are growing’ at Bayern over whether such a move would even be possible.

90 Min added that Tottenham are still confident of agreeing a new deal with their academy graduate, although if the Telegraph is to be believed, Bayern may make an attempt to unsettle him with an offer later this year.

Spurs Web Opinion:

I would be so surprised to see Harry Kane leave the Premier League when he is so close to the all-time record. I suspect that either Harry will sign a new deal and commit to staying at Spurs, or he will run his contract down, leave on a free, and pick the most-likely team to win the Premier League title.
