Report: Ndombele opens door to other clubs following PSG roadblock

Tanguy Ndombele has opened the door to other clubs to take him on loan after seeing any hope of a move to Paris Saint-Germain fade, according to RMC Sport.

PSG have struggled to offload any of their current crop of players to make room for the arrival of the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder and time is now against them to do so ahead of the transfer window closing on Monday.

The Telegraph claimed on Thursday that Tottenham were close to agreeing on a deal for the midfielder’s exit, having been in advanced negotiations with the French giants which included an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.

Everton, Bayer Leverkusen and Valencia all remain interested in the 25-year-old who had previously blocked any interest from other clubs such was his desire to move to PSG but now wishes to make a quick decision on his future.

The report claims that the Ligue 1 leaders are not completely ruled out of landing the former Lyon man, but now face a battle to do so ahead of the deadline.

Tottenham’s transfer window has been nothing short of disastrous having failed to move on players who are clearly not in the plans of Antonio Conte in order to bring in fresh faces to push for a top four finish.
