CaughtOffside have claimed that even though Sergio Regulion is attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, the left-back is hesitant to move to the West Asian country.

Reguilon’s hopes of joining Real Sociedad ended over the weekend when the La Liga side signed Kieran Tierney on loan from Arsenal but there appears to be no shortage of interest in the Spaniard in the final few days of the transfer window.

Over the last few days, it has emerged that Manchester United are considering a shock move for the 26-year-old after the injury sustained by Luke Shaw (MEN) while Fulham are also thought to be exploring a late deal for the Spurs star (Telegraph).

The Daily Mail suggested on Monday that the left-back could even head to the City Ground as part of the deal to bring Brennan Johnson to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Saudi Arabia interest in Sergio Reguilon at Spurs

CaughtOffside have now claimed that Reguilon has also attracted interest from Saudi Pro League clubs but the player is ‘far from keen’ to leave Europe.

The report also adds that it remains ‘unclear’ if a move to Sevilla is on the cards for the former Real Madrid man in the final few days of the window.

Spurs Web Opinion

Unlike the likes of Ndombele, Sanchez, Tanganga, and Dier, who Tottenham are looking to shift permanently, Spurs are evidently open to loaning out Reguilon again, which might explain the increased interest in his services. It appears as if the left-back could potentially head to another Premier League side before the window shuts on Friday night.
