Report: Paratici has discussed Ndombele and Reguilon with Serie A club

Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed that AC Milan have held talks with Fabio Paratici over Tanguy Ndombele and Sergio Reguilon.

Neither Ndombele nor Reguilon travelled with the Tottenham squad to South Korea earlier this month, which seemed to come as confirmation that the pair are not in Antonio Conte’s plans for the upcoming season.

Reports over recent days have indicated that Paratici has flown to Italy this week to negotiate potential exits for Japhet Tanganga and Bryan Gil to Milan and Sampdoria respectively (Daniele Longo).

Journalist Carlo Pellegatti revealed in his column for MilanNews on Wednesday that Milan could explore the signing of Ndombele during the talks with Spurs’ managing director of football.

Pellegatti suggested that Stefano Pioli’s side could view the French midfielder as an ‘excellent’ market opportunity.

Di Marzio has now confirmed that Ndombele’s name was brought up along with Reguilon’s in Paratici’s conversations with the Rossoneri over Tanganga.

I do not think Milan would be able to afford even half of Ndombele’s current salary. So, unless the midfielder agrees to take a substantial wage cut, Spurs will likely have to cover a significant portion of his salary in order to striker a loan deal with the Serie A champions.
