Sky Italia have reported that Fabio Paratici made a last-ditch attempt to sign Gianluigi Donnarumma for Tottenham this summer.

The highly-rated young goalkeeper is set to leave AC Milan on a free transfer this summer after failing to agree on a new contract with the club.

Although he is yet to be officially announced by Tottenham, former Juventus man Fabio Paratici is set to join as the club’s new Sporting Director this summer.

Alasdair Gold has also reported that Paratici is already working on his summer transfer market plans for Tottenham.

Tuttosport reported earlier this month that, if Spurs managed to snap up both Paratici and Antonio Conte, they could make a move to sign Donnarumma on a free.

The Sky Italia report reveals that Donnarumma is now set to join Pochettino at PSG but, before this deal was agreed, Paratici made a late attempt to convince him to join Spurs instead.

  1. Brilliant first piece of business by levys brand new dof hommer Simpson and its another failure. As a 45+ Yr fan of spurs this is the first time in my life I really really hope this all goes pear shape even to the point of us being relegated nothing would be funnier. To see levy squirm and the board at the thought they are no better sorry no worse than Irvine scholar would be unreal.
