Report: PL club have talked with Spurs about three players – including Ndombele

90 min have claimed that Everton have expressed an interest in Tanguy Ndombele, Matt Doherty and Jack Clarke this summer.

Over the past few days, reports have indicated that talks between Everton and Tottenham regarding a deal for Richarlison are moving in the right direction (UOL).

It was initially reported that Tottenham had offered Harry Winks to the Toffees as a makeweight in the deal to sign the Brazilian (Daily Mail).

However, The Telegraph revealed on Tuesday that Frank Lampard’s men had no interest in singing Winks and that Spurs had instead offered Steven Bergwijn as part of a deal to bring Richarlison from Goodison Park to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Fabrizio Romano has also reported that talks are progressing and negotiations are now advanced between the two Premier League clubs.

90 min have now claimed that three more names were discussed between Everton and Spurs during their negotiations for the former Watford striker.

Ndombele, Clarke, and Doherty’s names are alleged to have been floated in the talks between the two clubs recently.

Spurs Web Opinion

It sounds like Spurs have offered almost all of their fringe players to Everton as part of a deal to sign Richarlison. However, I suspect that it will take a straight cash deal for a fee of around £55m-£60m for Tottenham to sign the 25-year-old.
