Report: Poch heading towards ‘point of no return’ ahead of ‘make or break’ game

The Telegraph have now reported that Pochettino is heading towards the point of no return in North London with Tottenham Hotspur.

With Spurs having taken just 14 points from 12 games in the Premier League this season, the report states that the West Ham away match coming up is now make or break.

They go as far as to say that this London derby could ‘even prove decisive for the manager himself’, implying that his job could be at risk if Spurs don’t turn things around.

The Telegraph state that there is no obvious interim at the club who could replace Pochettino mid-season, which could point towards the likes of Allegri or Mourinho.

If Levy waits until the end of the season, they say that Howe, Nagelsmann, and Southgate may be more realistic names too.

Spurs are already out of the Carabao Cup, they are without a win in five in the Premier League, and now sit 14th in the table, closer to relegation than the top four.

Can Pochettino turn it around, or are the Telegraph right? Is the Argentine approaching the beginning of the end?
