It was reported last week that Kane has decided that he will ask to leave Tottenham in the summer if the club does not get back into the Champions League.
Spurs face an uphill battle to get back into the competition, with yesterday’s 3-1 loss to Manchester United leaving them six points behind fourth-placed West Ham.
Both Alasdair Gold and Fabrizio Romano have eased Spurs fans’ fears about losing Kane in the summer, with Gold stating that the North Londoners continue to maintain that the striker is not for sale and Romano insisting that Daniel Levy will do everything in his power to keep the 27-year-old at the club.
However, Telefoot now claim that Pochettino has spoken to Kane about what the striker intends to do if Spurs do not get back into the Champions League.
The report claims that Paris Saint-Germain could make a move for the England captain in the summer if they are to lose Kylian Mbappe.
Spurs Web Opinion
As much as Kane would be desperate to win silverware, I do not think a move to PSG would be enticing for him.
Not only would the 27-year-old want to break Alan Shearer’s goals record but winning Ligue 1 with PSG does not hold the same prestige as winning the Premier League. I believe Manchester City are the club that are the most likely to entice Kane this summer.
