Report: Pochettino wants Man United job

It appears Tottenham simply cannot escape the rumours surrounding the future of Mauricio Pochettino, with the Express today writing a piece on how ‘Pochettino wants the Manchester United job.’

Many would have expected these links to stop with the success of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at United since he took over as interim boss, but the rumour mill churns on.

It seems as if Pochettino would still be linked with a move away from North London even if Spurs won the Champions League.

In actual fact, there is no real evidence linking the Argentine to Manchester, and the source of the Express’ report is actually laughable.

The national newspaper credits the Manchester Evening News with the rumour, which doesn’t seen suspicious at all.

Despite the rumours, you can’t help but feel the likely outcome is that Solskjaer will get the full time Man United job, and Pochettino will continue in his mission to turn Spurs into League winners.
