Sportskeeda have revealed that Tottenham Hotspur are expected to face competition from Liverpool for Barcelona winger Raphinha.
Tottenham’s interest in Raphinha came to light last week when Football Transfers claimed that the North London club hold a ‘concrete interest’ in the Brazilian.
The outlet explained that Barca valued the attacker at €70m (£61.3m), with the figure alleged to have caught Spurs’ attention.
Sport reported a couple of days ago that the Lilywhites would even be willing to offer some of their players to the Catalan club to sweeten the deal, revealing that Xavi Hernandez’s men have held a long-term interest in Cristian Romero.
Liverpool and Spurs both interested in Raphinha
Sportskeeda have now revealed that Liverpool have also set their sights on Raphinha ahead of the January transfer window.
It is explained that the Reds are in the market for attacking reinforcements owing to Mohamed Salah’s uncertain future and have identified the Barca star as a potential option to replace the Egyptian.
The outlet asserts that, like Spurs, Liverpool are also open to a part-exchange deal and are willing to offer Luis Diaz to the Blaugrana to sweeten the operation.

If Raphinha is on the shop window (which appears to be the case), we will see interest in the former Leeds star mount as we get closer to the January window. Barca will be hoping that a bidding war breaks out for the 26-year-old.
