Report provides Spurs update on Paulo Dybala situation – Four clubs interested

Tottenham are one of four clubs monitoring the situation of Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, who has not yet reached an agreement regarding a new contract, according to Tutto Juve.

Dybala, 28, sees his current deal with the Bianconeri expire at the end of the season (TransferMarkt) and, despite attempting to tie him down to fresh terms, an agreement has yet to be reached as of yet.

Tutto Juve now claims Juve intend on securing a deal with the Argentina international worth around €7 million (£5.8m) plus bonuses in the coming weeks.

However, the report goes on to state that there are a number of clubs waiting in the wings to pounce on a potential coup if there is no resolution.

It mentions that Tottenham are monitoring proceedings closely and could be ready to ramp up their interest soon if the situation continues to falter.

Antonio Conte’s side are not alone in the race and are joined alongside Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter, who have all kept a close eye on Dybala’s status.

Spanish outlet Sport reported earlier this week that Spurs have made the most concrete offer to Juventus as of yet, with the club’s director of football Fabio Paratici allegedly making contact with the player already.

As expected, there is plenty of interest in Dybala ahead of the summer with no contract agreement reached with Juventus as of yet.

Spurs may have their work cut out in getting their intended target, though, with other top clubs also trying to barge their way in with their curiosity.
