CalcioMercato have reported that, at this moment in time, it seems unlikely Antonio Conte would join Tottenham if Nuno Espirito Santo was sacked.
The report claims Conte has no interest in taking on a squad with as many ‘structural limits’ as Tottenham, although he would make an exception for Man United.
It is said that Conte would only accept an offer from Spurs if he was promised a sum of money to restructure the squad, but Daniel Levy is not thought to be willing to give such a plan the green light.
Gennaro Gattuso is also mentioned in the report, with Calcio Mercato stating Tottenham have not thought about the former Napoli coach again.
This all comes after The Telegraph reported that Nuno could face an immediate sacking after the 3-0 defeat to Man United and the chorus of boos and chants against him at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday.

Conte will not join Spurs. That ship has sailed. In truth, Tottenham are going to find it hard to even get more realistic options like Ten Hag and Potter. They need to be sure of the club’s plan of action before sacking Nuno, I think.
