Report provides update on Spurs-linked Paulo Dybala’s contract situation at Juventus

Calciomercato.it have claimed that rumoured Tottenham target Paulo Dybala is destined to leave Juventus as a free agent in the summer.

Over recent weeks, some sources have established Spurs as the favourites to land Dybala in the summer when his contract with Juventus runs out (Sport).

Juve have not yet given up hope of tying the Argentine down to a new contract, with Gazzetta dello Sport reporting over recent days that the player’s agent is set to restart contract talks with the Old Lady.

However, if Calciomercato.it’s latest report is to be believed, the talks regarding Dybala’s future are not likely to prove fruitful.

The report suggests that the 28-year-old’s time at the Allianz Stadium ‘seems to have come to an end’. It is asserted that there is ‘no possibility’ Dybala will remain with the Serie A giants in the summer.

Atletico Madrid allegedly continue to hold a ‘strong interest’ in the former Palermo man while Inter Milan also remain keen on his signature.

Spurs Web Opinion

The only potential advantage Spurs have in the race for Dybala is that Fabio Paratici has a relationship with the player and his agent. While we would theoretically be able to offer the Argentine more lucrative terms than Atletico or Inter, we might not be able to offer him Champions League football.
